We’re a fast-growing startup aiming for €10 million in revenue next year and €100 million within three years. 

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to become our first dedicated marketing hire. You’ll build Eleiris’ marketing from the ground up, setting the direction and owning the execution. 

What you’ll do 

• Build and lead Eleiris’ marketing strategy and operations 

• Plan and execute multichannel marketing and paid advertising 

• Create compelling content about pioneering AI technology and its real-world business applications 

• Turn our expertise, customer insights, and projects into effective marketing 

• Grow our visibility and demand through SEO and GEO, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels 

• Define audiences, messages, metrics, and ways of working, and continuously improve results 

• Collaborate closely with our leadership, commercial team, and technical experts 

What we’re looking for 

• A few years of hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing 

• The ability to build structure and take ownership in an evolving environment 

• Experience with paid advertising, content creation, and multichannel marketing 

• Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO, WordPress, LinkedIn, and marketing analytics 

• Strong communication, collaboration, and commercial thinking 

• Fluency in English; Finnish is highly beneficial 

• Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, or consulting is a plus 

You don’t need to be an AI expert from day one. However, a genuine passion for AI technology and a strong drive to build deep subject-matter expertise are essential. You’re eager to understand AI technology and its business potential – and communicate it clearly and credibly.
