Eleiris strengthens its team with three key hires

The beginning of the year marks an important step for Eleiris. We have strengthened our team with three strategic additions, reinforcing our growth and technology capabilities as we continue on our mission to transform knowledge work.

John Tackman has joined Eleiris as Chief AI Officer (CAIO). He brings extensive international experience in developing advanced AI solutions and embedding them into core business operations. At Eleiris, John is responsible for advancing our AI capabilities to meet the needs of a rapidly growing customer base.

Eleiris revolutionises knowledge work by deploying an intelligent context sphere that delivers superior reasoning power for organisations. Our ready-to-use solutions connect securely to company information and are continuously optimised by our AI engine, utilising the world’s leading LLMs to maximise impact and efficiency.

“The real value of AI only emerges when it is connected to an organisation’s own context. Eleiris has developed a unique solution where AI is automatically and securely enriched with organisational data and everyday communication. This allows AI to understand how decisions are made and how work is done, enabling it to scale naturally as part of the business,” Tackman explains.

Eleiris’ growth and scaling efforts are now led by Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Arttu Hujanen, who previously served as CEO of SuperApp. He brings a strong track record in building sustainable growth systems and translating organisational needs into fast, practical strategies, with a focus on low-friction adoption and immediate value.

Our technical team has also been strengthened with the appointment of Tuomo Tuunanen as an AI-native Full Stack Developer. Tuomo brings broad experience in AI and modern software technologies from his work at Silo AI and Gofore, and contributes to both scalable backend services and user-centric interfaces that support the continued evolution of Eleiris’ platform.

As part of these changes, Eleiris has also welcomed new shareholders. In addition to John Tackman and Arttu Hujanen, Eleiris’ Chief Communications Officer (CCO) Sanna Rousi has been appointed as a shareholder.

Together, these additions significantly strengthen Eleiris’ ability to turn AI technology into real operational impact – and to redefine knowledge work as we know it.
