We’re looking for a Client Project Lead to own and drive demanding, long-running AI customer projects. This is a core role in a small, growing team, where the role evolves based on your strengths and experience. 

What you’ll do 

• Own complex client projects end to end 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers 

• Bring together and actively lead client stakeholder groups (executives, business leaders, data and technology teams) 

• Keep multiple parts of the project moving at the same time:  people, decisions, and delivery 

• Work daily between customers and Eleiris’ tech team, ensuring clarity and progress 

• Take responsibility for timelines, coordination, decisions, and client satisfaction 

• Facilitate organisational change as AI is introduced into everyday work 

Projects are large in scope, long-term, and often operate in high-impact, complex environments.  

What we’re looking for 

• Strong experience leading complex client projects, programmes, or engagements 

• Background in consulting, delivery, project leadership, or client ownership roles 

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and a structured problem-solving mindset 

• Familiarity with AI, data or software development projects, and/or a design thinking is a plus 

• Solid technical orientation and strong interest in how AI changes organisations

• You enjoy independent, wide-ranging responsibility in a fast-changing environment. 

• You’re comfortable building structure where none exists yet 

• You take ownership and move things forward
