What kind of work we do 

Our tech team develops the Eleiris AI agent platform end to end. The work spans full stack development, AI-assisted workflows, and deep integrations into enterprise environments. 

Typical responsibilities include: 

• Building and evolving production-grade AI solutions (Python, C#, Node.js, React, MS Graph API) 

• Prototyping and testing AI-driven solutions to concrete business problems 

• Designing and implementing integrations (ERP, CRM, document management) 

• Owning code quality, security, and delivery through modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices 

• Working closely with the Lead Developer on product, architecture, and tooling 

This is hands-on work with real responsibility: moving from idea to implementation, independently and pragmatically.

People who do well at Eleiris are comfortable operating across the stack, even if they don’t claim deep expertise in everything. You’ve shipped software for real users and understand what “production-ready” actually means. You’re curious, pragmatic, and able to zoom out to see the bigger picture when needed. 

We don’t care how you learned – university, bootcamp, self-taught, consulting, research, or side projects. What matters is how you think, what you’ve built, and how you work today. 

What we value

Experience with Azure, enterprise integrations, data movement, or UX is a plus – but mindset and real-world experience matter more than a perfect checklist.
